Yes, Sugarland Shoppingtown offers a free JP service every Wednesday between 1pm and 3pm.

Sugarland Shoppingtown gift cards are available from the Centre Management Office (in the corridor beside Jay Jays) during core trading hours. Gift cards can also be purchased online, click here.

All parking is free of charge and there are no time limits on parking.

The disabled are well catered for with specialised disability parking and disabled toilets. There are also wheelchairs that can be hired from Centre Management free of charge.

Public telephones are located outside the centre at Chippindall's Newsagency and also Suncorp Metway.

All lost property and found items are taken to the Centre Management office. (located in the corridor beside Jay Jays).

Sugarland Shoppingtown’s Parents Rooms are located in the corridor beside Jay Jays and in the food court. Facilities include a microwave, change table, parent and child sized toilets, lounge and private feed room.

Sugarland Shoppingtown provides wheelchairs to customers to make shopping easier. Wheelchairs can be hired from the Centre Management Office located in the corridor beside Jay Jays, or you can book ahead by calling Centre Management on (07) 4152 5788.
