There are a range of services designed to add to your shopping experience at Sugarland Shoppingtown. The Customer Service staff at Centre Management are happy to assist you in all aspects of your visit to the centre, and can be contacted on 4152 5788 during core trading hours.The Centre Management office at Sugarland Shoppingtown is located in the corridor between Jay Jays and Mystique Jeweller.Customer Service information for your convenience:

ShopMobility |
ShopMobility is a free customer service, which provides wheelchairs to customers to make shopping easier. ShopMobility equipment can be hired from the Centre Management Office located near Jay Jays, or you can book ahead by calling Centre Management on (07) 4152 5788. |
Parent Rooms |
We have two parent rooms at Sugarland Shoppingtown. One located in the corridor opposite Sunglass Hut. This is fully equipped with a microwave, lounges, private feeding room, parent and child sized toilets and easy to use change tables. The other is located in the food court with parent and child sized toilets, microwave and change table. |
Parking Information |
Sugarland Shoppingtown offers over 1300 car parking spaces, including 690 which are shaded. All parking is free of charge and located on one level surrounding the centre for ease of access. |
Gift Vouchers |
Can’t think of the perfect gift? Here’s the gift that’s bound to please all ages, tastes and styles – a Sugarland Shoppingtown gift voucher.Gift vouchers are valid at every specialty store in the centre including Cornett's Supa IGA and Flash Harry's and excluding Big W and Woolworths. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.Vouchers are available from the Centre Management Office during core trading hours.We only accept cash or Debit Card through Eftpos facilities. Credit Card is unavailable. |

JP Service |
A Justice of the Peace is available free of charge to Sugarland Shoppingtown customers every Wednesday from 1pm-3pm. This service is located near Sanity. |
